The Case VAC was the mid-size row-crop entry in Case's V Series, produced from 1942 to 1955 with a compact 4-cylinder, 124 cubic-inch engine offered in gasoline or distillate form. Tested at Nebraska (Test 431, gasoline) at roughly 19 drawbar and 21 belt horsepower, it slotted between the smaller Case VA utility variants and the larger DC row-crop model. Its long 13-year production run and simple, rugged design made it a popular choice for small and mid-size family farms of the WWII and post-war era.
