Farmall H

Row-crop tractor · 1939–1953 · Gasoline

The Farmall H was International Harvester's mid-size row-crop workhorse and the best-selling individual tractor model in North American history, with roughly 390,000 built between 1939 and 1953. Styled by famed industrial designer Raymond Loewy, its blended hood-and-fuel-tank silhouette became instantly recognizable across the American countryside. It served as IH's answer to the growing demand for an affordable, versatile two-plow tractor.
